Send a confirmation email to the person who submitted the form #107

I would expect this be already included - the ability to send a confirmation 
email to the person who submitted the form, such as an acknowledgement of 
receipt of the submission.

The email content and subject line would be customisable.

The latest 1.x release (v1.1.4) includes support for sending a form's 
submission data through email using PHPMailer and Google's Gmail service.  
There's an example included with the project that explains/demos how this 
functionality can be implemented.  This example can also be found at 
http://www.imavex.com/php-form-builder-class/examples/email.php; however, it's 
better in this situation to view the php source so you know exactly what's 
going on.
