Add Pre-Game programs to guide #17

Sorry for updating the whitespace throughout. I was having an issue running the code in vscode without updating it. I simply converted all tabs to spaces. Let me know if this is an issue, and if so, if you have any recommendations on what else to change.

The pre-game programs are added if they are included in the games data. Post-game programs were not added, as their start/end times were not deterministic.

The more I think about this, the more I like it! I will probably try to combine this with a general code refactor — I will keep you posted.

I can share some of the programme images for the pregames. Post in Channels Forum about pre and postgame
