Possibly steal the module from RES they use to automatically insert that information.
A different approach would be to do it automatically when people make a post in /r/toolbox (possibly even attach the debug information when they click submit and provide a button under comments that says "insert debug information"
My motivation is the insane amount of people that are apparantly on older browsers and all that and aren't able to provide the most basic information until we ask them multiple times.
