Say I pull up the user for history for, say, /u/L72_Elite_Kraken. In the "subreddit submitted to" table, I'm supposed to be able to click the subreddit name and go to a search page with all that user's submissions to that subreddit. But the current version includes single quotes, which prevents the search from matching on the username.
