Currently, for Beta 1.7.3, it prompts to select between Default, Flat, Large Biomes and Amplified, despite the fact that none of these exist in said version. Whatever is selected seems irrelevant and the same map data is produced anyway.
The listed world types should probably only appear if the version in question has those world types, to avoid confusion.
