AL2022 became AL2023 for GA #94

A simple rename.

I've only tested this a little bit by building the container.

Thanks, you'll have to update https://github.com/toolbx-images/images/blob/main/.github/workflows/amazonlinux.yaml & https://github.com/toolbx-images/images/blob/main/.github/workflows/amazonlinux-pr.yaml as well.
