adds chapter "Installation" and "Searching" for Bower #56

Hey, jumping here to share some minor changes and updates based on @PascalPrecht work and @sindresorhus suggestion. @addyosmani -- You can view the changes here. I can't commit myself to work on Bower chapters at the moment (hopefully soon in the future if this hasn't been finished yet), and hope that this small contribution could be helpful to the project. Let me know how can we move with these changes :)

One option is for us to bring in the work @PascalPrecht has started, you can PR your changes against master and I can continue with any further edits necessary. How does that sound?

That's great. I pull requested against master with @PascalPrecht previous work and the minor revisions. You can check it here. I'll get some time by the end of this week to get a first draft on the missing sections for this chapter
