Make interview work over SMS

Now that #2 is complete, we're pretty close to making the interview work over SMS. We still need to:

[ ] Figure out how to make photo uploads work (I think this is actually called MMS, not SMS).
[ ] Get this thing to work via some kind of SMS/MMS API like Twilio, possibly integrating it with AWS Lambda or somesuch.
