I think the examples directory of the website also comes from the p5.js repository; the p5-website-bridge should copy those over too.

Hmm, actually, as far as I can tell, the examples directory does not actually come from the p5.js repository. The individual examples for each API function/variable certainly do, but those are contained under reference in the website (and we already deal with that folder), not examples.
