Remove the need to use a hash tag in the WebLitMapper search #36

I just went to the WebLitMapper to find resources for a new community member who is teach very very basic level of computer skills (eg navigation). I searched "navigation" and nothing came up, I thought it was broken. Then I tried "#navigation" and it worked. Small thing, but we'll lose people on this!
