Exception in thread "main" java.net.BindException: Address already in use #11

Please help I got that. after I run stacked-off.bat file. I only install Java jdk-8u191-windows-x64.exe then run stacked-off.bat

I think I must change port. But I don't find the file .stackedoff/app.properties Where is that file please?

app.properties is located in C:\Users\username.stackedoff
