Monitr now shows icons according to the file type. #364

Add the functionality for the Class Collapsible in widgets.py to show the input icon in front of its title. The Monitr class in monitr.py now will show different icons for file collapsible window according to the file type they are describing. Added three svg images of icon for json, image, and text files.
