Links with underscore (_) are hidden/Markdown styled & copy and pasting issue #138

Having an underscore (_) in a link cause display issues as it implement markdown styling and when copying and pasting the link, only the "styled" version is copied, losing the underscores (_)

https://example.com/here_is_a_link

becomes

https://example.com/hereisalink
