Better appstream summary

The current summary A beautiful markdown note-taking app for GNOME is a bit too long, and doesn't quite follow the Flathub guidelines. In particular, it starts with an article and mentions technical details such as the target environment.

A few options for a shorter summary:

• Beautiful Markdown notes
• Beautiful Markdown note-taking
• Take notes using Markdown

The new summary did get approved after a review when I published 24.13 🤷‍♂️

I'd be open to dropping the "for GNOME" though,as that would get it under the 35 char max.

Not sure what happened there, there are multiple reviewers so it could have been a mistake. But yeah, just dropping the article and the "for GNOME" suffix would be fine :)
