Rename the receiver, rename the all methods' #13

Feature request:

The current behavior of rename the receiver of a method, it just renames the method, not for the all methods, the Goland rename them all for all methods, if it can be implemented in the tooltitude, it'll be good, thx

We introduced the synchronize receiver name code action in the plus version. It's not exactly what was asked for, so I will keep this issue open.
