Hide reply handles before a Toot #631

Right now, every reply to a Toot shows the handle of the people that it is replying to as part of the reply toot. Please have an option to hide that. I think it impacts readability and clutters the general experience. You can put that somewhere else (like the main Twitter client on iOS)
