HEIC image conversion #720

On my Android the camera app now (optionally) saves photos in HEIC/HEIF format. When I try to use these photos in a post there is an error generating the thumbnail or something. It would be awesome if these were automatically converted to jpg when posting!

It seems to be working in the emulator, hence closing.
