Mute durations support #734

Please add support for durations to the mute option so that we can mute others on a temporary basis.

Sometimes we just want to temporarily mute someone rather than permanently. My reasons for permanently muting someone is generally because they are, in some way, offensive. It would be beneficial if we could have an option in the app to temporarily mute people who are just periodically chatty and not have to leave the app in order to go to the web interface.
