Run CreateCustomIni.exe on Launch #4

Prior to launching Fallout 76, add a function to have CreateCustomIni.exe run automatically. Optimally, would want this done through Bethesda.net launcher so that game stays logged in.

I don't think what you're saying is possible because the launcher is bethesda's and they're not gonna let people change stuff...

However, I can maybe have this script launch fallout on completion so you could replace your desktop/vortex link with this??

Does your desktop shortcut to fallout76 use bethesdanet://run/20 ??? curious if it's the same link for everyone. I'm not terribly confident I'll be able to run that via python though anyways.... (also the link has never worked for me.... yay bethesda launcher...)
