Can you please take a screenshot of what you are seeing and send it to me
toopriddy@gmail.com. (you take a screenshot by pressing the home and power
buttons on the iPhone at the same time, the picture is saved in the photos
application where you can send it to me)

After getting the screenshot, please double-tap the home button to bring up the
"multitasking bar" and then press and hold on the MyTime icon that is within
the multitasking bar (make sure this is in the multitasking bar and not in your
home screen). Now all icons are jiggling, press on the red minus button on the
MyTime icon that is in the Multitasking bar.
Now hit the home button and try to open mytime again.

Thanks for your attention to this. I don't know about starring it but I do
appreciate your help. I turned the phone off and back on and it reset it.

were you able to get a screenshot so that I can see what you were seeing? I can
not reproduce your issue and I would like to make sure this gets fixed.
I would like to get more information, just to make sure that I am following
your directions (If you can provide some more exact details it would be helpful)
1.Go to the tab marked "Name Sorted"
2.Select a call
3. Press the top right "Edit" button
4. Click on a Notes Field in a return visit
I am sorry, I dont understand what you were seeing and were expecting to see
from here or even if this is what your directions were implying.
If you ever edit a call you need to press "Done" to save your changes and stop
editing your call. Is this what you were stuck with?

yes as a matter of fact i have. i don't know how to send a screen shot or I
would have saved it for you. I was able to shut down the phone and every
thing but the latest entry had been saved when the phone was turned back on.
When it happens there are no navigation boxes so I cannot get off the page
without logging the phone off.

you can send a screenshot by pressing the Home and Power buttons on the phone
at the same time (they are the button at the bottom of the iphone and the
power/sleep button at the top). Once you do this you will have a picture of
the screenshot in the Photos application, go to the Photos applicaiton press on
the picture and then press on the button that looks like a box with an arrow
going out and send the picture to me. Send the screenshot to
toopriddy@gmail.com
also you could email me at toopriddy@gmail.com and send me your phone number
and I can work through this with you on the phone as well if you are unable to
send the screenshot

Hello lynette, has this happened again? I remember us talking at length on the
phone about this and you calling me when it happened again. I didnt know if an
iOS upgrade helped this or not

Thanks for asking. I haven't had any recent issues and if I do i just shut
down the app and open it back. I copy the note first and paste it back
when program is reopened.
I still love this app and many of my congregation are using it to the full.

Closing issue, it is possible that Apple has fixed something in the iOS that
fixed this.
Lynette, you dont have to do anything with this email/issue unless you
experience it again.
