Deleted Custom (Addtional Information Fields) continue to show up in new calls #181

1. What steps will reproduce the problem? (please include step by step
detail
like you were going to explain how to do this to someone who has never seen
this program before and has a hard time following your instructions, things
obvious to you might not be obvious when trying to reproduce the issues) I
have left you space below to include your 10-20 steps to reproduce the
problem:

a.Launch mytime iPhone app
b.Press the '+' to add a new call from the street sorted view (it the undesired 
behavior occurs no matter what the "sorted by" view is defaulted)
c.Underneath the Address field and above where the add additional information 
'+' can be pressed, 3 unwanted (custom additonal information)fields continue to 
display for each newly created call. Specifically the 3 unwanted fields are: 
string fields "notes" and "Territory" and the yes/no "To-do" field.  The 
"Territory#" custom addtional information field show correctly and is wanted.

2. What is the expected output? What do you see instead? (Please attach a
screenshot or
email one; capture a screenshot by pressing on the power and home buttons
at the same time.
The resulting screenshot will be in the Photos application in the "Camera
Roll")

At this point, the expected output is for the newly created call to have just 
the one custom additional information field territory#. 
I have manually deleted and chose "remove all" for the afore mentioned 3 
fields.

3. Is this running on an iPhone, iPhone 3G or iTouch?

4. What version of the iPhone/iTouch are you using (from the home screen go

Settings->General->About->Version)  it will be something like 2.1, 2.2,

5. What version of MyTime are you running? (look for this in
MyTime->More->Settings->MyTime Version)

8. Your issue might need some help reproducing; start the Settings app on
the home
screen then scroll down to "MyTime" and press on it, now turn on the "Email
Backup Instantly"
switch, now quit the Settings application and start MyTime and send the
email to
toopriddy@gmail.com
I always delete the data after the bug has been reproduced and fixed.

Done deal.

Also I didn't want to upgrade until I resolved the issue witht the additional 
fields.  I deleted the app from my iPad and was attempting to "clean up" the 
data from the additional fields on my iPhone before I downloaded the iPad 
version and backup my iPhone data and imported to the iPad version.

You will have to upgrade to the latest version of MyTime to make sure you do 
not have any imported calls interfereing with the Additional Information (this 
was one of the big fixes in MyTime 3.2.0).

I have sent you some instructions as to how to remove the unwanted additional 
information.  

I am assuming that you received calls from someone else who had those fields as 
"Information Always Shown" on their iPhone.
