Transferred call added an unplaced item #308

Not sure if anyone else had this but we transferred a call and it added a placement, God's Friend? Also cannot find 5 Questions Worth Asking on Brochure List? I placed that and wanted to add it as it is a Feb presentation? Thanks.

Hello, I am sorry for the trouble. I am trying to understand. You are saying that a call was transferred to you but when it was added it ended up adding to your placements? Please forward the email to me directly at toopriddy@gmail.com and I can see what is going on. It should have setup your return visits as a "transferred" visit and not counted the placements.

I will look into the missing publication, thanks!

Hi Brent, sorry, do not have the email any longer. I don't think it actually added anything but it appeared in the transferred call. I removed it by trying to add the 5 Q's brochure but did not find that in the list. It is the Presentation brochure we are using so needed to be on there. I am using it to follow up my Was Life brochures last month as well as new calls which I will follow up with the one before.

Any transferred call to you will have the entire history of the call including placed publications in the dated return visit entries for the call. It does not affect your statistics and the visit type for that day should be "transferred return visit" so that it does not count to your statistics. Normally you do not need to remove any of that information, it is there to help you with knowing how to handle the transferred call.
