Credits added not applicable #356

My FS hours total 384. The total has added 13 hours from my International Convention hours. I have enough FS hours each month. No credits should be applied.

Hello, sorry for the confusion. Please go to MyTime->Hours-> tap on the top "Hours" word tap on "Edit" and then tap on your international convention hours. Make sure that "Direct Credit" is NOT checked. Direct credits do not look at field service hours but are directly applied, this would be the case for pioneer school credits but not for LDC.

The effect pioneers hours was checked. The entries for the three months are on the same line as the hour and minute line when you go back and look at the entry.
