Hello, sorry for the confusion. MyTime calculates the monthly average needed to reach the yearly 840 goal. so in previous months if you were consistantly doing over 70 hours, then the average monthly hours to achieve your 840 goal would be less than 70 hours per month. Also if you in previous months achieved less than 70 hours per month then the monthly average to reach the yearly 840 goal would be more than 70 hours per month.

If you are doing LDC work and get credit hours then those are calculated in to assist your monthly hours get to 75 hours (as per the new instructions in september).for instance if you had 60 field service hours and then got 40 LDC hours, then only 15 of the LDC hours count as credits for that month and the extra hours are not rolled over to the next month as per branch directions.
