No backup , failed emai send option.. #426

When I send a data backup email to myself, it will not send it, it says it has, but nothing is received...into the designated "in-box, and nothing in spam or trash........what do I need to do to fix this. Data in my " MyTime". Is very precious.....

I have not heard from Brent since before Covid nor have any updates been done to my knowledge so you might want to print something out. It goes to your icloud email I believe, anyway.
