Will not email call detail with only initial visit #54

What steps will reproduce the problem? (please include step by step detail
like you were going to explain how to do this to someone who has never seen
this program before and has a hard time following your instructions, things
obvious to you might not be obvious when trying to reproduce the issues)

1. Pull up the call in the Street, Name, City or Date Sorted view (I tried
all 4 to confirm)

2. Tap the edit key and then tap the forward/email key to email the call 

3. Tap the Transfer, and Delete or the Email details button.

What is the expected output? 
Normally, tapping either button would launch the email application with all
of the information loaded so you could forward the information to someone
via email.  

What do you see instead?
When I tap the email details button it goes right back to the call detail
in the edit mode. For some reason it will not even attempt to load the
email application. I initially thought that since this call has a large
amount of notes in the initial call detail that it was too much for the
phone to load. I tried loading other calls that have more volume of
notes,throughout the history of the call. I wanted to transfer the call
after the initial call because I started a bible study with the lady on the
first day and I wanted a sister to call back to continue the discussion.
Since I was not able to go with her the next day I wanted to email the
details, which were very lengthy. I determined that other calls with only
the initial visit would not load the email application to send the call
either. I added a return visit and then tapped the done button and then
tapped edit again and it allowed the email application to load with all of
the call data. I got to this point only by following the instructions above
to determine the way to recreate the issue. Obviously now that I know what
causes it it is not that big of a deal since I know that adding a second
entry to the call will allow it to be emailed.   

Is this running on an iPhone, iPhone 3G or iTouch?
iPhone 3G

What version of the iPhone/iTouch are you using (from the home screen go to
Settings->General->About->Version)  it will be something like 2.1, 2.2,2.2.1?
Version 2.2.1 (5H11)

Please provide any additional information below.

the email backup? also let me know which call has this problem.
