Did you delete a Call or a Dated return visit that had a "study" type?
If you deleted a call, then there are two ways of deleting the call:
1. delete all information and do not remember it (the only reason for choosing
this
is if you made a mistake or you were testing things out)
2. delete the call, but remember the info (like studies, return visits and
placements). This is because when a call does not want to be contacted
anymore, you
still need to count the placements and return visits even though you are
deleting the
call.
Could you please answer the other questions for this bug as mentioned above,
like:
what you saw, what you did (describe what you were doing and how to reproduce
what
you did), the version of your iphone, the type of iphone you have, the version
of
mytime and email me the emailbackup.

Hi,
i entered a date study but it was no true, and i going to delete it.
But the statistic don't do -1 in the studies statistics.
Perhaps when the user delete an information an option screen can propose
different
choices (suppress stat ? Let in stats?)
Best regards.

First of all, please email me your MyTime->More->Settings->Email Backup to
toopriddy@gmail.com some of this could be cleared up from that.
I still need answers to the above questions like:
the version of your iphone?
the type of iphone you have?
the version of mytime?
Maybe there is a language barrier here, but What I am assuming that you have
done is
(this is the kind of detail I am asking for when trying to reproduce an issue):
1. Start MyTime
2. select "Street sorted"
3. click on the "+" button at the top of the street sorted view to add a call
4. type in information in the call
5. click on return visit type and set the type to study
6. click done
7. find out this was a mistake and go into the call and press "edit" at the top
8. scroll down to the big Delete Call button at the bottom and press it.
9. select Delete but keep information
These are the steps that I am assuming that you have done, please correct me if
this
is wrong by creating your own list of exact steps that I would have to do to
reproduce what you are seeing.
The only time that studies are counted is one per Call per month... Do you have
any
calls in the More->Studies view? are any of those confusing the matter? If you
do
not have any studies in the More->Studies view then is it possible that you
deleted a
call (not a return visit) but rather a call and selected "YES" when it asked
you if
you wanted to delete the call but keep the statistics.

Have not seen any update on this in a while and have had testers verify this is
not a problem. I am closing this
issue, please let me know if this is still a problem
