DVDs incorrectly counted #98

What steps will reproduce the problem? (please include step by step detail
like you were going to explain how to do this to someone who has never seen
this program before and has a hard time following your instructions, things
obvious to you might not be obvious when trying to reproduce the issues) I
have left you space below to include your 10-20 steps to reproduce the
problem:

1.  Turn on iPhone
2.  Open "MyTime"
3.  Click on "More"
4.  Click on "Bulk Placements"
5.  Click the "+" icon
6.  Click "Add placed publications"
7.  Select "DVD: when someone you love dies"
8.  Select "1" for the publication count
9.  Click on the "Statistics" button
10. Time for the current month shows a book was placed when it should be a
booklet or 
brochure.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Should show a brochure instead of a book.
The November 7 2009 letter to sign-language congregations and groups
outlined how to 
correctly count placements.  If a sign-language version of a brochure (e.g
When someone you 
love dies) it should be counted as a brochure.

Is this running on an iPhone, iPhone 3G or iTouch?
iPhone 3G S

What version of the iPhone/iTouch are you using (from the home screen go to
Settings->General->About->Version)  it will be something like 2.1, 2.2,
2.2.1?
3.1.2

What version of MyTime are you running? (look for this in
MyTime->More->Settings->MyTime Version)
2.6.1

Your issue might need some help reproducing, in MyTime if you go to
More->Settings->Email Backup and email to toopriddy@gmail.com, I would
appreciate it.  I always delete the data after the bug has been reproduced
and fixed.
I don't think you'll need my data, but if you do, email me and I'll provide it.

Please provide any additional information below.

Thanks for your detailed Issue report, This is exactly what I was asking for 
when it
comes to the questions above.  I wish others would be as detailed as this one.

thanks for giving me your email/phone, but I will remove it off of the issue 
text so
that others cant get to your personal information.

This is strange, I had someone mention the change to the DVD bible placements 
but I
could not find the letter on the jw.org site even when I looked for all letters 
on
11/7/2009, but when I just said all letters after 11/6/2009 it showed up... I am
going to call them about this bug tomorrow.

Ok, I have changed the bible DVDs to account for this letter (I need to get the
latest version of the order list so that I can add all current DVDs)
I have changed the brochures and have created a new section for the DVD 
Brochures in
the Publication Type picker view.

I have also added 1&2 Thess - Philemon bible dvds
