In dual screen mode, fullscreen is not displayed in the correct Windows

Please complete the following information about your configuration:
- FreetuxTV version: 0.6.1
- Linux distribution and version: Ubuntu 11.10
- VLC version: 1.1.12
- ISP: Free

Describe here your problem:
When i put FreetuxTV in the secondary screen and try to switch in fullscreen 
mode, the fullscreen window is displayed in the primary screen.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Open the fullscreen in the same window that the original Window.

Same problem with Kubuntu 12.10.

I noticed fullscreen window always opens in the screen where is displayed the 
last selected window before FreetuxTV window was selected.

J'ai remarqué que le plein écran s'affiche sur l'écran sur lequel se trouve 
la dernière fenêtre sélectionnée AVANT que la fenêtre de FreetuxTV ne soit 
elle-même sélectionnée. Exemple : je clique sur la fenêtre T (Thunderbird), 
je clique sur FreetuxTV, je sélectionne le plein écran => le plein écran se 
fait sur l'écran sur lequel se situe la fenêtre T. Si ça peut donner une 
piste...

same in arch with catalyst need to click on desktop to get fullscreen on the 
good screen clicking on icon in kde toolbar and full screen go back on 1 screen 
…
