The installation command provided at the Visual Studio Marketplace does not work.

Currently it reads ext install theme-toothpaste which returns a list of multiple themes, none of them being the Toothpaste Theme. screenshot 9

The following command does work ext install toothpaste, as demonstrated below: screenshot 10

Never mind.

The issue has been fixed by this commit to Visual Studio Code.
