Toothpaste's version for Atom isn't updated #63

So let me explain what's happening. As you may know, Atom did some changes regarding their themes and dropped Shadow DOM, More here: #53. This issue seems to have been fixed and it's already merged, see PR #57. The problem is that a new version/ release didn't get pushed to the atom theme so when I try to apm install Toothpaste I still get a warning about 1 deprecation.

Solution:

We can make a new release for the theme and push the changes into the Atom theme.

@imcatnoone I believe you're the one that published it originally so you'll have to pull it and publish and update. I can help with it if you want!
