create a role for running EnKrypt/doppler on a gaming computer for easy/fast system metrics viewing on a secondary device

[ ] download latest release from https://github.com/EnKrypt/Doppler/releases
[ ] put in /usr/local/bin/doppler
[ ] create systemd unit for starting/stopping the service, and set it to enabled & started
[ ] include this gaming-desktop role in to be created gaming playbook

eventually:

[ ] create/submit a Dockerfile and docker-compose example to use it
[ ] tie into reverse proxy on host so Doppler can be accessed without directly entering port
