create lxc/lxd installation role

[ ] lxc package
[ ] lxd package
[ ] lxc-templates ?
[ ] cgroup-lite ?
[ ] redir for port forwarding
[ ] bridge-utils for network bridges
[ ] adjust vagrant role to include lxc provider when the lxc role is in-use
[ ] include role in virt-server playbook
