[DSL] Being able to edit servers, that you aren't on #156

Expected Behavior

https://discordbots.org/servers/me should only show guilds, where I'm online.

Observed Behavior

The site actually shows a discord, where I'm not online.

Applicable Links or Attachments

I'm no longer on the widgetBot-server, yet I can still edit it.

  1. Go to https://discordbots.org/servers/me

Web Browser and Version

Google Chrome Version 69.0.3497.100

Operating System and Version

Windows 10

Screen Resolution

1920x1080

Do you actually mean your status being online/offline or do you mean not being in the server at all?
