Duplicated Vote Notifications

Expected Behavior

Only get a single vote notification when I can vote again

Steps to Reproduce

I'm not too sure on this one, but I'll give what I ca

1. Go to a bot (any)
2. Vote for it
3. While the voting request is being sent, click "remind me daily" and also click "Yes, remind me" a few times (I suspect this is why the bug is raised)
4. Wait 12 hours
5. Yield?

May be due to migration issues, however I thought I should still report it.

The video of the repro will be updated if I can reproduce the bug again on a different bot..
