Add announcement channel as an option to bot announcements #752

Suggestion: Add the option to make announcement channels post to bot announcements on the site

Adding this as an option would:

  1. Add more recent updates to users looking on the bot page
  2. Makes it easier for developers to put out announcements

I heard in the new top.gg api they will let you get announcements through a webhook soon just like you can get votes through a webhook. so maybe just wait for that to come out

This is a planned feature, but not before the release of the new API
