Allow users to unreport a review #815

Suggestion

I'm currently replying to all the reviews on my bot (there are 18 pages) since #671 was finally fixed but I accidentally clicked report instead of reply on one of the reviews. It would be nice if I could simply click the button again to un-report the review

Decrease reported reviews and thus less work for moderators

It really depends on the moderator team's decision on this. One accidental report out of likely hundreds wouldn't really do much, I'm inclined to believe. However, convenience. 👀

This was actually a thing before the recent site-redesign, being able to unflag a review after it has been flagged. Not sure myself what will happen with that.
