Analytics graph formatting needs improvement

As it stands, the current format of the analytics graphs leaves much to be desired.

Some issues I've had with them:

• Both axes have no grid, making it very hard to determine a specific y-coordinate for a specific x-coordinate
• The smoothness of the graph makes it difficult to identify individual data points
• The axes labels are very small, making them difficult to read, as well as not having good contrast against the white background
• On mobile, the y-axis is cut off from the left hand side of the screen, making it unreadable
• The graph takes up a comparatively very small amount of screen space, leaving a huge amount of wasted space on the page, such as on my 1080p screen:

It would be great if the graphs could be customized in some regard, such as adding grid lines or altering the lookback time period. Even better, if the data from the graphs could be programmatically retrieved from the top.gg API, to allow for bot developers to implement their own visualizations for top.gg analytical data.
