Wrong Z-Full Step for the Minion profile #1

That "full step"-statement is as old as RepRap, back when printers were not able to do good microstepping. Fwiw, the Minion doesn't even start the first layer on a full step, as it uses 16 microsteps without a preference of the full step prosition when it homes Z.

It is used as the smalles resolution when you allow Prusaslicer to calculate dynamic layer heights. It's not used in my profiles, and after seeing how this tampers with the perimeter texture, I can't recommend it to anyone. I also do not know anyone who uses dynamic layer height.
