Some bard songs are learnable but cant be casted #1797

I have:

Additional Information (Steps to reproduce/Expected behavior) :

Some examples are: Scop's Operetta, Herb Pastoral, Fowl Aubade.

full list of songs that do not work are as follows:

Fowl Aubade Herb Pastoral Shining Fantasia Scop's Operetta Puppet's Operetta Gold Cappriccio Warding Round Goblin Gavotte Cactuar Fugue Foe Sirvente Adventurer's Dirge

In era, Foe Sirvente and Adventurer's Dirge are merit spells. These spells are all status effect resistance spells with the exception of Foe Sirvente and Adventurer's Dirge, those two spells are enmity affecting.
