[x] that I understand there are large refactoring efforts going on right now, that these efforts touch every single Lua script and binding, and that my pull request might get put on hold to ensure there are not any conflicts with the refactoring work
I had these changes PRed to Clay's branch, but they didn't make it in before it merged to sol_refactor. So retargeting them to sol_refactor. Just some minor QC to items and abilities.
I'm not sure what's up with the onEfectFoo functions in bottle_of_goblin_drink.lua. I'm guessing those should move to an effect script.
