remove item ID 0 from this droplist #2491

Relates to #2485

I don't know what this item was originally supposed to be, but,

the entry is on its own / incorrectly sorted
the itemID is 0
the drop type is "steal"
droplist 2801, which is complete in its correct location, belongs to Ziphius, who has no stolen drops according to wiki.
none of the neighboring droplists are missing a stolen item

So I'm assuming this was just a leftover copy/paste error. Removing the entry.
