Add missing mobs using POL extract
Infill mob data using Nyu's retail caps
Add headings for fished mobs, reive, and delve
Fix some mob pools with aggro or links not in (0, 1). I checked core, and all non-zero numbers are treated the same for both of these.
Move Mischievous_Leafkin out of the block of poolids reserved for trusts.
