[sol refactor] Hunts: player, death, and XP

in tpz.hunts.checkHunt, make sure player is populated, and check for dead and non-XP-receiving players players outside of XP range

Good question. I'm relying on wiki's All participating party members will receive it, but likely have to be within exp range. which does not induce a great deal of confidence. Will drop a request in captures discord.
