NPC paths do not resume after interaction #2695

Additional Information (Steps to reproduce/Expected behavior) : Precondition:

Zone is Port Jeuno
Red Ghost is pathing

Procedure:

Interact with Red Ghost (onTrigger)

Expected Result: Pathing should resume ~4s after interacting with the NPC

Actual Result: Pathing does not resume until zone, server, or NPC AI is reset.
