Add configuration file to RVM #345

After an installation through RVM, topaz does not work because of a missing configuration file. Output from rvm list: home/chris/.rvm/scripts/list: line 329: /home/chris/.rvm/rubies/topaz-head/config: No such file or directory topaz-head [ ]

Not sure what needs to happen here, assigning this to @timfel since he did the RVM integration.
