To be able to work on new features I tried to get the test suite back to green. This includes the following changes:

As the rubyspec changes a bit since the last green build, I tagged all new errors as fails. From my point all new fails looks like no implemented specs. But please take a shot look whether there are specs that should be working at the moment.
There were some new files that needed to be excluded by topaz.mspec (I added a comment with the reason). Please take a look primary on the languages specs.
rpython changes something with regexp and MAXREPEAT. Using the rpython MAXREPEAT constant instead of 65535 fixes the errors.
flake8 complains about "E129 visually indented line with same indent as next logical line". As this rule was violated a couple of times, it looks like an explicit decision to format a little bit different (one empty line after the visual intended). Additional I excluded docs from checking (docs/conf.py violated block comments must start with "# ").
