* What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create TabControl with AllowReorder = true
2. Drag some tabs and reorder them

* What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: drag indicators are cleared after drag is ended
Actual result: drag indicators are not cleared properly
