User cannot access/see Home & Tools > menus below the fold on Laptops without keyboard scrolling #110

https://user-images.githubusercontent.com/51795389/128207684-be369aba-0759-4d38-8302-e6ae17850b91.mp4 Target URL https://www.newegg.com/ Steps to Reproduce 1.Open the URL https://www.newegg.com/ on a laptop 2.Hover on Home & Tools 3.Try to access the full contents under "Outdoor Power" "Industrial & Tools"," Home Living" "Smart Home" sections(and also their hover sub-menus) on laptop. If you try to scroll with the scrollbar on right, menu will lose focus and close. It is very hard to see these menus on laptops, unless you're a seasoned user and you know how to keyboard scroll or you use a mouse and know how to keep the menu open

Actual Result User cannot access/see Home & Tools > menus below the fold on Laptops without keyboard scrolling

Expected Result User should be able to see the above menus on laptops with ease

Environment Details Device:Windows Laptop Resolution:1920x1080 14inch OS:Windows 10 19042.1110 Browser:Chrome Version 92.0.4515.107 (Official Build) (64-bit)
