'Customer Ratings' filter is not giving correct results. #172

Browser: Chrome Steps to reproduce :

  1. Go to link - https://www.newegg.com/
  2. Notice Search bar is initially showing only these hint words - 'Kewywords, Model # or Item #.
  3. Click on arrow button on the slide show appearing below search bar.
  4. When focus comes on few of the slide show screens, 2 hint text start appearing on extreme right end of search bar - 'lenovo legion' and 'amd cpu'.
  5. Click on 'lenovo legion'.
  6. A new screen will appear - https://www.newegg.com/p/pl?d=lenovo+legion&quicklink=true&PageSize=36&N=4114
  7. Use filter - Customer Ratings -4
  8. Although (6) customer ratings are indicated but when user clicks on 'Apply' button then only 3 items are displayed with 4 rating.

Actual result: Although (6) customer ratings are indicated but when user clicks on 'Apply' button then only 3 items are displayed with 4 rating.

Expected results: After filter is applied 6 items based on 4 rating must be displayed
